  • We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, styling preference, or fit expectations.

⚠️ Quality Issues & Damaged Items

We will gladly assist you only if there is a quality issue.

If your item arrives with:

  • Visible damage

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Missing items

Please follow these steps 👇

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Email us clear photos showing the issue

  3. Include your order number

📩 Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (for the affected item only)

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Fit differences due to doll body variations

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Orders reported after 7 days of delivery

📝 Final Notes

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • DollFits reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.

🌈 Friendly Reminder

Our outfits are designed to fit most 17–18cm vinyl designer dolls, including Labubu, Skullpanda, Baby Three, Nommi, Maymei, and similar figures.
Fit may vary slightly between different doll bodies.
